The Cerebral Palsy Association of BC is running a very worthwhile program called the Campership Program. Please read the information sent to the Comox Valley Accessibility Committee, who are pleased to spread the word about this amazing opportunity.
My name is Carrie Torrans and I am the Youth Navigator at the Cerebral Palsy Association of BC. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about our Campership Program. This program provides funding for individuals with cerebral palsy to attend an accessible camp, recreational program, or go on a day trip with their family and friends. The funding can go towards transportation costs, attendant care, or camping fees. Anyone that lives in British Columbia and has cerebral palsy can apply.
Application deadline is Friday, June 29.
For information go to www.bccerebralpalsy.com/programs/camperships or contact Carrie at firstname.lastname@example.org
